About me

For as long as I can remember, I have been seeking to challenge the status quo with the goal to improve. Figuring out what goes right, but likewise acknowledging what goes wrong eventually helps us to to become a better version of ourselves. The same principle applies to the business world.

Successes are a reason to celebrate, failures are opportunities to learn.

This point of view guides me during my collaborations with my clients. My background as researcher equips me with the tools and skills to put this view into practice: the mind of a researcher is inherently trained to swiftly single out drivers of success as well as root causes of dilemmas that individuals or companies are facing. Combined with my curious nature and my desire to learn, I dig deeper until I have brought the actual challenge to the surface.

Recognizing employees as the heart of organizational success, I use my broad theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the domain of talent and performance management to answer managerial questions pertaining to the identification, development, retention and compensation of employees. The valorization of academic insights and application of evidence-based methods as well as client-specific solution frameworks are amongst the key success factors of my work – factors often omitted in conventional consulting approaches. My involvement in the class room at the university and board room of companies paired with my keen sense for social dynamics and communication secures a fruitful collaboration.
